Spring is sensed through the fresh leaves, the pleasant breeze, and the Blue sky.
The soft buds of Japanese Maple are the present from nature.

In nature, all beings appear beautiful.
The tiny white flowers are very delicate, yet appear as brave.
They all are gifts of nature.

In Spring, apricots come into season. This special kind of apricot “Raspberry Apricot” brought beautiful color as the preserves. The color appears reddish orange. It is a gift as a fruit itself, and it is a man-made gift as preserves. The preserves go with the levain bread.
